I bring a down-to-earth, warm, and light-hearted approach to what is actually, serious personal development. Clients often tell me they feel instantly at ease in our sessions; able to laugh, reflect, and be honest without pressure or pretence.
With a background in leadership, psychology and human behaviour, I blend practical tools with true understanding. I work internationally with people at all stages of life who are ready to make meaningful changes.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models to suit each client’s individual needs. This might include person-centred therapy, psychodynamic insights, cognitive behavioural tools (CBT), or mindfulness-based practices.
You’ll find my style to be both grounded and uplifting. I won’t give you a ten-step formula but I will walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and clarity as you discover your own answers.

We begin with a free 30 minute chemistry call, where we’ll talk about what’s on your mind, what you’d like to achieve, and whether we are a good fit.
Sessions are held online via Zoom (so you can join from anywhere), and of course, everything is completely confidential.
